Excellent tour of a really cool place, right on top of Boot Hill. Post tour tasting not only had some great elixirs but it was informational as well.
Loved it!! Completely recommend getting a flight or two. I really appreciate the craftsmanship that these guys have put into perfecting their products - they're making some great tasting spirits here (as well as award-winning). There is a neat historic aspect to the distillery as well: the building was originally constructed as a civic building in the early 20th century, and the distillery practically saved it from demolition. Prickly ash bitters have been revived from history! As of this writing (circa 11-23-2017) they are doing tours on Fridays at 1, 3 and 5pm (might call to confirm).
Really great whiskey! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Made my wife a fan of Old Fashions.
Great tour with lots of good historical info. Tastings were VERY professionally handled. I look forward to the 2019 release of their bourbon. The vodka was nice and clean.
This place is fantastic! The mixed drinks are great, and so are the spirits! We had the Peacemaker and the Moscow Mule. The tour was filled with local history, and interesting distilling information. After the tour we had a tasting of their various offerings. Really great atmosphere too!
