They show that they are open but they don't have any cars available
Contacted the rep. Told me there would be a car available in an hour and would call me when it was ready. Never called. I called back she said it would be ready in 15 mins and would call. Never did. I waited another hour and no one is answering the phone. Horrible customer service. If the car wasn't available at least call and apologize for having to cancel the reservation. Don't just leave work with people depending on you for communication. Poor.
Called me prior to my reservation to double check where to pick up the car. Car was ready and clean. Although they were closed on Saturday, I dropped off at airport. No problems, car was great.
No one is ever there
Our group flies into Dodge City airport several times every 2-3 months and we use Hertz because of their location here and access. Always a nice car we get. This present rental is a Chevy Impala. Just right. Customer service here is always best of.
