I called in for two parts one they had to order in cause they clamed to never sell the other just a standard belt they had. come to find out the item they ordered was and easy fix that I took care of when I got the chance to. came in to pick up the belt and let them know I wasn't needing the expensive part cause old one still worked. Guy at service desk gets attitude and says well your still going to buy it right. said no I no longer need it the other is working fine for now being its pretty expensive piece. now he says well now I have to return it and all this big deal. and I notice there is 2 of the exact same parts sitting on the floor in front... one is for another customer he comments.so surely they sell them? so in the end I get slapped with a 20 % restock fee and freight charge = to over $170. get back with the belt and find out they gave me the wrong one and it doesn't fit. Call them and Oh just come back and exchange it...
