The rooms are decent size, and the owner is amazing nice and kind. The price is also cheap too. Very good weekly rate and unlike most weekly rate stays, they service your room daily. Everyone around is quite friendly! It's very convent that there is a new restaurant located in the middle. The restaurant is amazing and cheap! Very friendly and helpful "on site owners". It's an older motel but the owners take pride in the place. Very clean and comfortable beds. I love that the owner was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back! Best motel in Dodge City for an affordable price!!
Desperately needing a 3rd night, (on morning #3), her 2 little dogs were roaming the parking lot... I went in to the office to grab a cup of coffee, and as I was exiting, her dogs ran inside... One began barking and biting at my ankles, as I called for the owner... (If I had not been wearing boots, I would have been injured, as kicking this dog would have only gotten ME kicked out of my much needed room for the night!)
I have traveled the country, and this is one of the WORST motels on have ever stayed at...
Been here a month,defiantly not the grandest of places but its bearable.cheap a double bed for four cost 45 a night.the area is fairly quite no junkies or flusies around,safe enough for kids and pets.free WiFi(Cox cable) not to shabby.super r close to a few resturants and stores
Osaki restaurant was delicious.
After staying one night (with a second night paid for), I was startled by pounding on the door, and the owner yelling at me to get out! (This occurred prior to checkout time.) Even after politely establishing that the room was paid for, NO apology by her whatsoever for her behavior...
The facilities were poor - holes in carpet, walls falling apart, and blackened by filth. Doors/window did NOT lock properly, and the clientele opted to drink "beer" in the morning for breakfast!
On the day of checkout, she asked me if I was checking out, and I told her I was... And then, about 40 minutes "prior" to
checkout time, this lunatic is coming towards me, yelling across the parking lot, AGAIN asking if I was going to check out, while telling the housekeeper to make sure she "get the key" from me, as if I had given her some indication that I would run off with it!!!
Owner's Dog was "Permitted" to (((Bite))) Me...
Nice place, clean rooms, great staff!
I had to shut the door to stop it from attacking! When she finally stepped into the office, I told her that her dog had BITTEN me!!! In response, she merely SMILED...
