This company has always been good to me. They know how important it is to me to be home so I can be the husband and father I want to be and they make that happen. The owner and fleet manager have ALWAYS been there to listen if I have a concern. The dispatchers have always worked things out for me. There is a way to work things so the company and driver are happy and DCX works that out. Of course there are going to be issues, but DCX has always worked with me to solve any issue. Obviously, I don't know everyone's individual situations, but I can say that my situation with DCX is the best situation I have ever had with ANY previous trucking company I have driven for. I work hard, do my job well, and communicate with the company regarding any issues. DCX makes sure to take care of the drivers who take care of them. Please be mindful that there are some drivers that do not have this type of attitude and will complain about anything and everything. DCX is a great company and I can honestly say they treat me like family. If you have a great work ethic and are willing to communicate in a respectful manner if issues arise, call them. I promise you will be very happy if you give to them as much as you expect from them.
Worse company I've ever worked for. Truck broke down, dealer said a week to fix. Company gave me a bus ticket home. Terminated me. Never received my property from the truck and never paid me my final check.
