Very helpful agent, but services, even though they were adjusted, are still too high
Waited a whole week for service. When the day came for my service. Nobody showed up ,we called and we were told that there tech person wrote a report stating he waited outside my house for 30mins. He never knocked nor did he call us . I was home. So now we have to wait another week. Im from texas and this would never happen. Horrible customer service!!!!!
Little short fatty female representative playing reggeton on loud like it was a night club. Very poor customer service just wanted people to leave. Better deals online. Double the price if purchased through them. She was probably more concerned about gaining more weight since her delivery arrived. So avoid carol or cole or whatever her name was.
Visited today to help my father-in-law get set up with basic internet. We were given exceptional customer service and never once were up-sold or pressured into any contracts or bundles. The employees were kind, energetic, and willing to explain things a few times so my FIL knew exactly what he was purchasing. They helped search for good deals and were more than happy to answer any questions. It was a terrific experience.
I'm having a bad experience they over charge me fir stuff and so I don't gave Cox anymore they don't want to work with me as a customer so in not satisfy. Etc
