Food was delivered to table 6-7 minutes before we got silverware. There was none wrapped, and it took considerable time to get 5 place settings. Food then was cold. My Caesar salad contained spoiled lettuce that I had to separate out. Overall not a good experience.
Slow service, had to go to the bar twice to order our own drink. Had to flag down waitress to order. Salad was freezer burnt...overall waste of our money and we travel a lot and always go to Applebee's because we know the food is consistent but NOT here. We also never complain or write bad reviews so this was very disappointing.
Walked in the door and seated very quickly. Front was staffed, but only 3 servers in the entire place. It was packed, tables stacked and dirty. No one came to wait on us. TERRIBLE service here. I would not ever come back to this place if I lived in this town!! You need to hire some staff.
Lunch was fast and good prices weren't bab either

Service was really good! I wish I could remember our servers name, but she was very helpful and informative and explained every dish and every option! I tried something that I had not tried before , was Sriracha peppers . And wasn't sure if it would be too hot for me. So she described the food to me very well, and then said that she can put the dressing on the side . Which was perfect . And the food is very good.
