I have been taking my car here since it was Frontier Kia about 5 years or so for service. Luke (Technician) Ron (Counter Rep) are very helpful and they have taken care of all my small technical problems. Bought our 2012 Kia Optima SX Turbo brand new in 2012 and only have 55k miles on it and so far the car has not let us down. Great car, lots of power and very fuel efficient. Thanks to Service Tech and the Service Department crew to make a great experience.

G&G Kia restored my belief that there are people today that still take pride in providing Quality Customer Service. We went in expecting to be bullied and maneuvered into buying "the right car" . What happened was the exact opposite. We let the staff know what we needed but also what we wanted. They bent over backwards not only ensuring we got the vehicle we needed but made it possible for us to get a second car. The last new car we purchased was 30 years ago, right after we were married. I know it may sound silly but G & G Kia made it possible for my husband to keep a long ago promise and make a dream of mine come true. A five star rating and a ten out of ten, for sure!
