I went in at 1:22. 3:00 roles by and they finally finshed. I made an appointment, why does it take you so long? I would been better going to Walmart for a oil change. .. really?
Although I cannot speak of their sales department (never purchased a vehicle here), their service department has always been very attentive and professional.
I had a tire blow out on my way out of town on Sunday. They just happened to be someone there. They went out of their way to call in their service manager get me a new tire and get me on the way. It was particularly impressive because we don't own a Toyota, we have a Volvo and they still went out of their way to help. Great folks.
Friendly, caring individuals serviced our vehicle quickly and guided me for future care. During the Dodge City Lewis Motor service on Wed. all the ladies were treated to a free manicure! What a thoughtful, Fun customer service idea! We all visited together in friendly wait area and I left with lovely nails & a Big smile!
