Jimmy Johns is always great food. I always dine in, so I can't comment on delivery speed. BEST BBQ CHIPS ANYWHERE.

Tried to place an order for delivery, exactly 2.4 miles away and was told they couldn't deliver that far. The manager told me it wasn't a matter of order size, but that corporate regulations prohibit them going that far. The day before, their delivery driver got lost in our parking lot trying to find the business next door. We directed him there, but the following day couldn't order for ourselves. Extremely poor professionalism and bad business policy. We will definitely not support this business and encourage others to do the same!

I didn't know fresh bread is suppose to be rock hard! The guy on the phone said " that's what happens to bread when it fresh". Delivery was fast!
