Food is not always what you order but staff try to immediately correct this. Sometimes you wait longer than you should. The restaurant itself is clean and family-friendly.
The waitress took out order and we got our food in a timely manner. Except we ordered a personal pan pizza for our son that never came. stood in line for about 10 minutes to ask where it was, and when I was finally next in line that waitress looked at me and walked away. When I finally did get service it was very apparent the pizza was never made. I was told it would be 3 minutes. 10 minutes later the waitress (who was walking past us to another table) said it would be three more minutes. 15 minutes later, everyone else at the table is done eating and I go up to the counter to ask again. The pizza still isn't ready, but they avoid me for another five minutes, then hand me the pizza in a box. This isn't the first time I've had to wait for a simple order from them, but I will be the last. Horrible service and it's too bad because the pizza isn't the worst thing I've ever had.

Manager was really rude! Customer service line sucks! Just a big mess. I do love the pizza tho. Needs better management. Great employees tho.
Not to impressed with the service!! Walked in and had to wait a long time to b seated and every table besides 1 was dirty!! They wernt that busy... Mayb 5 tables full!! Their was 2 waitresses and they seemed kina lazy! They wait till some1 cums in to clean up 1 table! We also waited a very long time on our food! I do not recommend this place until they can get sumthin figured out!
