So don't have it together. The coach,who was staff at the Y, didn't show up for two practices and had to have another father coach. Need a lot of help and manners training.
Staff are friendly, facilities are outdated and neglected. The weight room is lacking some serious TLC, not mention the surface area of the gym is equivalent to a single wide trailer house that has like 20 treadmills and elliptical machines packed in there. Every leg machine has either crooked pads and or settings that are locked in and won't adjust. Every machine is literally like 18 inches apart. There's always like 50 people in there and it feels like you have to wait inline to do anything. Dodge city needs to either add on to they're existing facility and fix the damn parking lot, or just build another facility. Literally the worst YMCA I've ever been too. And I travel for work across the state and I've seen my fair share of YMCA facility's.
