Make up reasons for not delivering packages. Drivers are lazy and unorganized.
I always hate when I order something online and it says "shipped by FedEx". I don't understand how difficult it is to drop boxes off my the front door. It was raining one day and raining pretty hard and FedEx dropped my package with electronic parts by the garage right by a puddle of water ! Also, everything I've ever had delivered by FedEx the boxes were smashed. Just the other day I had someone's child come knock on my door and deliver my expedited medical package because they delivered it to the wrong house and the box had looked like it was opened first to see what it was.
Piss poor service! I've been waiting for them to deliver my package for 4 days and they keep putting it off because of weather?!?! I drive a semi down that road every day so weather is not the issue! If your driver can't get down it then I suggest you get a real driver! UPS can do it... and they will next delivery to me!! Grrr
My family and I do 80% of our shopping online and shouldn't have to deal with such terrible service. If UPS can have decent drivers I'm sure your company could as well.
I've had the worst experience ever. Ordered medical supplies one week ago. Last entry on tracking was two days after it was shipped and put on a truck for delivery. Still haven't seen the package. Call customer service and they are "checking into it" . Called again today after Sunday and a Monday Holiday and they are closed Tuesday for an extra day. So now I won't know anything until Wednesday 8 days after it was shipped.
This company has their heads completely up their ass. They do absolutely nothing to help you get your packages and will not even give you a window of when to wait. I will personally make sure never again have anything shipped via fedex.
