The location sucks. It's hidden behind that big farm trucks importing company, and has no viewable sign at the main street of Wyatt Earp Blvd to see if you're driving by, heading towards the regional airport of Dodge City. It takes forever to find out about that facility's little brown hidden sign to visit, or ship something. Specially if you're not a "Dodge City, KS resident" Even the residents like me who consider themselves that they know about that little town quite well took two hours to find that place, even by using Google maps didn't help, and almost got lost, driving 6 miles far out of town . OMG!! Thank God that I finally got the place, and got the service as excellent as it's. The only good thing at that place was that the staff was so professional, very respectful, and very helpful. And did everything in smooth way to help me out with my shipping issue! But the Dodge City, KS UPS location still sucks. If I'd ever say something, I'd say "Please people, get a BIG SIGN at both driving sides of Wyatt Earp Blvd. to make easy on your customers to see where's the exact address, to get by and do his/her business with you." Thanks!

Iv sat home all day to make sure i was there. I got no knock on my door. Must have went to the wronge place. There is no way to call and speak with anyone just an automated machine.
